I recently ask my doctor to switch my multivitamin to something that contained DHA. Plus I was having bathroom problems . But I don't know if it has all the vitamins that my old one has in it. My old one seems to have everything that I google about to help with miscarriage prevention.

This is the one I have been on for about 2months now: http://www.cypressrx.com/PIs/183-01.pdf

This is the one I got put on: http://www.uspco.com/literature/Conc...Literature.pdf

Please help when I compare I am not seeing vitamins A & E in the one he switched me to. I didn't know if it was named something different and I am not seeing it or what.

So which one should I take the old or the new?

I dont know a lot about vitamins preventing mc, but if it was me as long as it has the recommended amount of folic acid, I would be content.
I also has issues with constipation, so rather than taking the prenatal everyday, I alternated between taking the folic acid on its own for a couple days, then prenatal for a couple days. I ate a pretty healthy diet so I wasnt worried about not getting the vitamins I needed and it really helped things keep moving, so to speak lol.

I agree, I think the most important thing is getting enough folic acid. I am not sure about different names for vitamins A & E.

Thanks ladies. I am just stressing on trying to do everything right. They both contain 125% of the daily value... 1mg of folic acid.

I agree with the other ladies. I also wanted to add that I take the gummy vitamin and also supplement in extra folic acid and it works for me.

I take a gummy vitamin too. If you are having bathroom issues, try getting a lot more fiber in your diet. Take a supplement if you have to.

I also take the gummy vit. I couldn't handle the DHA pills they were HUGE! So these are great for me and my OB says they are wonderful for everything you need. Ditto to the fiber to help with bathroom problems. I didn't get any problems when I started mine and I don't eat great, but not too bad either. Hope you get that all taken care of. GL!
