Almost a month has passed since we lost our little jellybean. I initially introduced myself here thinking I'd be ready to start the TTC process right away but I had some very rough weeks and it was hard for me to even look at FF tickers, BFP announcements, etc. So I've spent most of my time in the PL board and lurking here once in awhile. I think I am finally ready to be here for good now though, my body finally seems to be leveling out. I don't feel pg anymore, the bleeding/spotting has stopped completely and my hcg levels have come down. In the last week or so I've tried to get myself in the habit of charting again. Now I'm just anxious for AF to show. I know it will be bittersweet and I do anticipate a breakdown when it happens but at that point at least I know I can officially start to move on in my head.

Hugs... It's tough but you can do it.... Each day is a new day and we just need to keep going.... I can not express how charting has helped me!
Good Luck and we are here for you..

I totally understand needed a break from everything. Sometimes we have to think of ourselves and give ourselves time to heal. I hope that your body regulates quickly and you get a BFP right away.

I am struggling with similar feelings and wondering if my body will be ready again when AF shows. She is due today based on +opk and normal LP, but we shall see what my body decides to do.

I'm glad you are feeling better and ready to TTC again. The first AF can definitely bring up a mix of emotions. Just know that we are all here for you through the whole process.
