This cycle is making me want to stop charting. FF didn't give me CHs, so I went in and adjusted my temps for the days I woke up at ridiculous times. It looks like even more of a train wreck right now, and I'm thinking about going back to the original temps/times. I'm starting to think charting is going to be impossible with the baby and the time change. Her schedule is completely inconsistent now. I think I "adjusted" more temps than were actually real, so I don't feel like my temps are all that accurate. I was pretty positive I O'd on CD24, and had a huge dip, and a spike on CD25, until I adjusted my temp. Maybe I should just change them back?

I understand your frustration. I think the inconsistent waking times, interrupted sleep, and time change would definitely factor into the confusion. A lot of it could also be due to your m/c. A loss can totally throw our cycles out of whack. Judging by your CM and +OPK's, it looks like you should be ovulating soon. It's hard to say what you should do about adjusting temps. I wish I could be more helpful.

Honestly don't feel bad if temping isn't for you. I tried it and it honestly made me feel worse. I constantly had to try to make sure I was getting up at the same time, the room temp changed and that also changed my temp and it was just a mess for me. I just use OPK's now and chart my CM and it works for me.
