To be completely honest, nothing yet. I'm learning about some things that I didn't already know, but it's nothing that makes me go ahah!

Knowledge is power.
Knowing when and if you O, knowing underlying problems on both sides, if there are any. Knowing the obstacles makes it a lot easier to knock them out of the way.

This may get some people really upset but my MIL told me to just relax and enjoy TTC. After more than 4 years of trying we finally got our BFP twice (unfortunately both angels were lost).

A friend of mine talked to me when I was in my early days of TTC told me that if you are having a regular period than after you get off your period to BD every other day until you start again. It worked and I conceived my beautiful daughter that month. I am thinking about doing something like that again to conceive fast this time.

It's not something I've been told, but something that I've been shown by the ladies on this board... that's never give up!

Pretty much every word typed on these boards. No one in my family or my friends has ever had to "try" it just happened for them. This is the only place where people can relate to me in TTC. I have learned books worth of knowledge from these women and it makes it all a little easier THANKS LADIES!!!

In here, just like Becky, I've been shown rather than told - never give up. Katie, especially, is one of the ladies who gives me strength to keep on going.
IRL a friend of mine told me that she thinks that when a baby dies it goes back up in heaven to be mended by God and will patiently wait until its mummy gets pregnant again so that it can try again to join her. I know that it sounds cheesy but it helps me not to give up. If there is even a .0000000001/2% chance that I might get my little jelly baby back I will not give up! I do not want to leave my little baby up in heaven waiting for me!
Another one who knows hoe close I get at times to stop trying keeps on reminding me how much courage I hae for keeping to going even though we've had nothing but bad news so far. She knows about all my problems from a to z and she promised to tell our baby when it will grow up how hard mummy fought to have him/her. She keeps on brushing away my fears that I might not be a good mummy by telling me that she knows that my baby is going to be really lucky to have me as a mummy because if I didn't love him/her 'I wouldn't be trying to so conceive again.
The usual story of relax, it will happen, you're gonna make, etc, etc - BTDT already.

There have been so many things I've learned about TTC, and being here, I learn so much more. Like others have said, though, I think the biggest is to not give up. There are some really inspirational women on these boards and if it wasn't for all of you cheering me on, I'm not sure if I would've continued to push forward and fight for this. And for all of us on this board, it's not just things I've learned about TTC...it's also things I've learned about surviving a loss. We've all been hit with a double whammy and I truly believe that these experiences are making us all stronger women.
