So, AF came late last night. I really thought I was pregnant this cycle. I am 4 or 5 days late, which is not normal for me, and I had slight cramping around the time I expected my period to start, but then it didn't. I had sore breasts, heaviness in my belly, all the feelings I have when I am really pregnant. I took several of the 10 miu IC tests, and they looked positive, but I have heard the internet ones are notorious for evap lines (but the lines showed up before I would expect an evap line to show). It all makes me wonder if I am actually having another very early loss. Or did I just want it so much that my mind told my body to feel pregnant? I also took a couple FRERs, and those were negative. I don't really know what to make of it all. But it has definitely taken over the last two weeks, and I feel pretty let down and discouraged today.

I'm so sorry the witch showed! That is always such a disappointment. I think it definitely could be possible that you had a chemical, especially with all of your signs and the fact that AF was so late. I would've thought you'd have a more prominent + though...unfortunately, I really don't know enough about chemicals to really provide good input. I really hope that this next cycle ends in a blaring BFP for you. In the meantime, take a day or two to spoil yourself.

I am in the same boat as you. AF arrived today and was late as well. I had all the symptoms but then again I don't trust my body anymore. It just plan stinks

That's exactly how I feel. Thanks everybody. Perhaps someday I will learn to not let myself obsess over it, and stop setting myself up for the disappointment. But that seems impossible, especially when I think I feel it.
