I'm not really sure what's up with my body and if it's ready for TTC again. I know that it seems to be the general consensus that if my body isn't ready that I won't get pg anyways.
All of my "pains" have been exaggerated since the m/c. That first cycle directly after m/c I had pretty good O pains, which I have never gotten. When AF returned the cramps were probably a little worse than they should have been. I also was taking EPO when AF was gone and the last two days just taking that has caused a small amount of spotting. (I know EPO causes cramping) but it never made me bleed. I've also had cramping after AF went away.
I guess I'm so confused because this is my first AF after m/c. Is it normal for your body to feel overly sensitive after? And do you think that would affect my chances of TTC? I'm just so torn about waiting another cycle for my body. But emotionally I am ready and don't want to wait anymore.

Nena, you know I tried again right away, but I wasn't as far along with the m/c. And that whole first cycle was out of whack. And I didn't get/stay pregnant. When my first post-m/c AF arrived, my cramps were terrible. Seriously worse/more prolonged than the m/c cramps. The flow itself was fine, but the cramps were awful. So I'm sure there's something to the uterus just getting back to where it needs to be.

I feel like I'm in a good place to be TTC again this cycle, though, and I imagine your body is too.

Im sorry you have experienced so much cramping. It is so easy to be confused at what in the world our body is doing. I don't really have much advice but just wanted to say Im thinking of you and I hope you can figure out if you want to try or not and find peace with whatever decision you make. Mabye ask your SO what he wants to do?
