So this cycle I started drinking Red Rasberry leaf tea because it claims to strengthen the uterus. I'm curious to what point do you stop drinking it... do you stop drinking it right when you know you are about to "O"?... do you continue up to when you find out that you are Pregnant?

My naturopath told me to drink 3 cups (1/2 tsp in each) 3 times a day everyday, even pregnant. I looked it up and there are mixed comments on it, but I trust her and so I've followed what she told me.

The months that I drank it, I drank it from AF up until O. I had heard that a lot of women drink it throughout pregnancy, but the negative reports scared me too much to continue it past O. Your temps are climbing nicely!!! I hope you get a BFP!!!

I drink two bags in about 10 oz water, steeped for 10 minutes once every day from CD1(or after AF) til O. Again, mixed reviews whether it's safe or not to drink in first trimester or not. I will avoid 1st trimester bc of the loss.

I've never drank it but from what I've read/heard your only supposed to do it from AF to when you O.

I would only drink it from AF to O, then start up again in your third trimester. (maybe second)
