So last week I was feeling like AF was on her way, so I figured this month was out for us. But this being our first cycle TTC #1 after my ectopic the end of July, I was really looking forward to POAS So at 11 DPO, even though I KNEW it would be negative... I decided to use the last blue dye HPT I had left, just so I wasn't tempted to use it later on a "good" cycle Well...it was a great thought, I'd get rid of the blue dye stick..and still have the fun of POAS, right? RIGHT! Only, it had a HINT of a line..a very tiny hint. So I didn't know what to do. DH scoffed at me, "THAT'S not a line!" OK..

Next day it was bugging me, so I ran to the $ store and got some cheapies Ohh.. the magic of cheapies! So I took one and yup..positive! The line was light, but even DH couldn't tell me I was seeing things this time.

So now I had my first u/s yesterday, around 4w2-3d is all I was and we saw nothing. But with my history, they want to know where it's at soon as they can. I got beta results back today. I was just barely 17 DPO when they took them, it was 419. It sounds like a good number, even though the nurse sounded as if she wasn't happy with it. Well, heck, my ectopic was 390 at around 22 DPO so this is way better I'd say! So I'm hopeful...but I don't want to celebrate too early yet. I'll get the next beta done Friday but won't get results until Monday ofc. It's going to be a long Holiday for me.

I'm so happy for you. I hope this will be your very sticky bun in the oven. I think your numbers are awesome and I can't wait to see some belly pics and hear more updates.

At least you do have the holiday to help occupy your time. I know it will be a brutal wait, but it will be over before you know it. And I just know that it will be a good result!
