Disappointed in my efforts this month

I would have liked to have DTD more this cycle but life kinda got in the way. We DTD Saturay and Monday and Im pretty sure I got my positive OPK Monday. I should have done it last night but I was exhausted. I told myself we could DTD this morning or this afternoon but my youngest woke up at 5am for some reason so no time this morning. Then hubby has a board meeting this afternoon so thats out and he has a work Christmas thing tonight. Im mad at myself for not just making myself do it last night. I will def do it no matter how tired I am tonight whenever he gets home but I can't help but be bummed that we missed the window this month

Lindsay, don't be discouraged, you still may have caught that eggie! It ain't over til the fat lady sings

I think you did it plenty enough. They say to only do it every other day if your DH has sperm issues so your doing fine hun. I know it's hard but your only human and there is only so much you can do.

THanks for the encouragement ladies. Its just hard not to beat up on yourself...like what could I have done differently, if only I would have done this or that....

Try not to get too down, the month we conceived our angel I thought for sure I was out, we only DTD once before the window and once after. So keep your head up, you never know! And don't worry, we all get tired don't beat yourself up over it.

You still could have caught the egg. Try not to beat yourself up about it.

You did great!! You are being way to hard on yourself.

The cycle with Scarlett we DTD Friday and Saturday and I got a + opk on Saturday. So you never know.

Good luck and hoping for a + test for you in a few weeks!

I know Im being hard on myself, lol. I just should have sucked it up and DTD last night. I guess Im weird but Im always ready for action in the afternoon but of course DH is working. By the time he comes home I am exhausted and just want to lay in bed and watch tv/sleep.

Not weird at all

I am kind of the same way, DH is always ready to go so late that I feel so tired. We had a couple of nights like that around my "O" time and I beat myself up too, we DTD a couple of days before the + and then again I think the day of or after and that was it, you could still have caught that eggie - life happens, so does exhaustion, especially with little ones!

it only takes one time to get pg! And it sounds like you DTD on your postive day and the day before so you are in the run for a BFP imo. Both times I got pg this year have been on days I got my postive OPK.

I keep praying we all get our BFP for Christmas!
