I went in for a baseline ultrascan today and found out I have a lot of tiny cysts on both ovaries. She didn't act like it was a big deal and said there wasn't any that were substantial enough that would need treatment and that they would more than likely disappear on their own. We already assumed I had PCOS so it's not that big of a shock, but it still stung a little to have it confirmed.

Anyway, I start Femara tomorrow and go back for another scan on Dec 12. If follies are good, then I will proceed with Ovidrel trigger shot and BD like crazy. I also had day 3 bloodwork done today too. So, all in all, things are moving right along After a month of no OPKs and HPTs after M/C....I gotta get back in the groove LOL

PS... I wanted to tell you I also have PCOS and Endo. The first doctor that I had told me I was "fine" keep trying it will happen. So I switched doctors. PCOS does suck but it is treatable and there are so many things that you can do to help your body now that you know.

I'm sorry about ur confirming being PCOS. Like Katie I have PCOS and Endo and it sure sucks but miracles do happen to PCOS'ers as well so don't give up
