Well, ok, not the FIRST time, but the first time after m/c. I miscarried early Tuesday morning. Stopped bleeding yesterday. So....went ahead today and DTD. It was a little painful, for whatever reason, but I guess I'm glad to be back on the horse (so to speak).

On a side note, my hpts and OPKs arrived. Still a very faint positive on the hpt. However, I got the extra sensitive kind (can sense HcG at a level of 10)....so I'm hoping the very faint line means there is a very faint amount of HcG, and that it will all be gone soon.

I read somewhere about a lady who O'd 5 or 6 days after m/c, so I used an OPK for good measure (POAS addict here, if you can't tell) and of course negative. I will test again in 4 or 5 days. We'll see how this first cycle (if it's even considered a cycle?) goes....

I thought my first time after M/C was a little tender too. Glad all your TTC goodies came and I hope that you get a BFN soon so you know your numbers are down. Good luck!

Hello and welcome! Be careful using the OPK's before all the HCG is out of your system as that can create a false positive on the OPK. I hope your level drops quickly hun!

I would consider it a cycle. At least, that's what I did when I had my m/c. I counted the first day of bleeding as CD 1. Some women do ovulate right after a m/c and some don't so I definitely think it's a good idea to do the OPK's once you know the HCG is out of your system. I hope your body gets right back on track!
