When I got my BFP, my temp was still kinda low. I think after my O temp dip, the highest my temp went was around 98.05 which was way lower the months I didn't have a BFP. I quit temping after I got the BFP, so I don't know what my temp did after that. But today its 97.52, which is "normal" for me during the start of a cycle.

Ok so the question is....do you think my low temp from the beginning was a bad sign?

I know I shouldn't be trying to analyze or figure out what happened, but I would like to know if there were more warning signs that I could look for next time.

I think Caitlin is right... there's really no number that your temp is "supposed" to be at. But I would talk to your doc about progesterone... mine is going to give me a prescription and I'll start taking it as soon as I O when we're ready to try again.

One of the crappiest things about loss is that many times there's really no way of knowing why it happens, so we can't really take steps to keep it from happening again. It's part of what makes pregnancy after a loss so incredibly stressful...

Hugs and I hope you can have a good conversation with your doc and get some answers.

I am planning on talking to my Dr about progesterone for sure. I think if anything, that could be a problem, which I was worried about before my BFP too.

We will see what she says on Wed I guess!
