hi Ladies
Do any of you take fish oil for the good omega 3s? I've read a lot of good things about it and started taking it recently. I'm taking the kind made from the fish body, not the liver (the liver contains high levels of vit A which in addition to our diet and prenatals, could put us over our daily limit).
Is there anything else you all take other than prenatals? I saw that post about DHEA and was intrigued with that..
