We talked to the doc after our NT Scan and she also went over the results from my loss in August, turns out that baby had Turner Syndrome - only had one sex chromosome (an X, also called monosomy X). She said this is not considered to be a recurring abnormality and thus means we do not need to worry about it in the future most likely. What a relief! She did explain that the syndrome typically ends in loss, but that the babies that do go full term with that are actually fairly healthy, with the exception of (I assume) being infertile.

That must be reassuring for your currently cooking bean! I'm so glad that things have been going so well for you Cary! Did everything look good with the scan?

That must be a relief for any concerns you may have had about this pregnancy. I hope the rest of your pregnancy is nothing but wonderful, ending in a beautiful and healthy baby.
