Here is how this works! The person above you post 2 questions, you then answer those questions and post 2 more. We have such a mix of ladies on this board it's always great to get to know each other better!

1.) What is your age? I am 31
2.) Who is your idol? My mom - she raised my sister and I for a while on her own, made sure we had what we needed and somehow managed to find time for herself at the same time, and found us a great stepfather and added 2 additional siblings, all while becoming a successful businesswoman - she started as a bank teller at a bank and has worked her way up through the ranks (without a degree, which she never let stop her) and became VP of the mortgage division, then a director at a major mortgage brokerage, an EVP, etc.
1. Do you have any pets?
2. What is your favorite type of music/singer?

1.) I have a black lab named Raven. She is almost 4 and is a baby of course. She only weights about 45-50 lbs and is pure bred that we rescued when she was 9 months old. And of course I have a Yorkie/Bichon named Remi. He is a sweetheart but a handful. He is 8lbs and 2 1/2 years old
2.) I don't have a favorite type. I love all different kinds of music and it all depends on the mood I'm in. My favorite singer is Chris Young. He has this deep voice that just makes me melt
1.) What type of work do you do? Do you enjoy it?
2.) Are you artistic?

That's funny that you would ask those together, because they go together for me.
1.) What type of work do you do? Do you enjoy it? I design invitations for weddings, showers, etc., and I am trying to transition to less custom work and more ready-to-ship printed items. And I love it, but I wish I had more control over how much work I am doing. (Which is why I'm trying to make the transition.)
2.) Are you artistic? Yes!
1. If proximity to family, jobs, etc., were not factors, where in the world would you want to live?
2. Do you play any musical instruments?

Somewhere in between... I love the outdoors, but my perfect vacation is renting a cabin close to lots of outdoor activities, or beach house on the Oregon coast.
2. Do you believe in a religion? If so, which one?
I am a devout Christian
1. What is your "stopping point" with TTC... do you have one? If you do, what is next? No kids (or no more), adoption, fostering? Sorry... kind of several questions wrapped into one LOL!
2. If we looked through your wardrobe, which color would we see the most of?

I'm not sure if we would ever do IVF. It depends on what our insurance would or would not cover once we get to that point. This is mostly because we HAVE conceived twice on our own, it just takes a long time and my patience is growing thin... If we went all the way through IUIs and still didn't have a baby, we would probably stop the MA and start the process of adopting an infant.
2. If we looked through your wardrobe, which color would we see the most of?
Probably blue. I have blue eyes, so that tends to be a color I wear a lot. Plus most of my pants are blue-jeans, and the majority of my scrub pants are shades of blue, probably because they mimic blue-jeans, so yeah... "I'm blue, a-boo-dee a-boo-di..."
1. How did you and your DH/DF/etc. reach the conclusion you wanted to TTC?
2. What is your dream vacation -- money is not a factor!

We had discussed wanting children before we technically started dating. As for officially starting TTC, he just decided once on the spur of the moment that "tonight was the night"
2. What is your dream vacation -- money is not a factor!
I would love to travel through Europe with a detour to Australia on the way home.
