So I'm back from the hospital...

Wow... HSG was really NOT pleasant but we found that my uterus looks great! Right tube filled and spilled quickly, left was having some trouble but my doc said she thought it was spasming so she wasn't worried about it. We have no problem getting pregnant and the CL cysts have been on both sides.

The bad news is that she got my records from my doctor down in Salt Lake and I had to have more blood drawn for more testing. Turns out the idiot only did factor 5 testing and nothing else. So there's still a possibility of a clotting disorder. After the HSG they drew 10 more vials of blood to send out for the rest of the testing. So... By the end of the year we'll have the results back and know one way or the other. And then we'll be ready to try again!

I'm so glad everything went well! It stinks that you had to have more blood drawn but I'm glad things are looking up! Can't wait for you to be on the road to TTC again!

Sorry it was so unpleasant. And then all that blood to add insult to injury.

I'm glad it revealed that everything looks good, though, and hopefully you will get even more answers with the blood results.

Hoping for the very best for you.

Thanks ladies... I'm feeling positive, I'd started to get worried about there being something anatomical that would be hard or impossible to fix. It hurt like crazy but it was worth knowing.

And Cary there's a link to the dress in the Good News thread I started... I'll bump it up here...

I'm so sorry the HSG hurt...mine was horrible too. BUT, I'm so glad that the results were good!! Yay!!!! That totally stinks that you needed more blood drawn. I am hoping and praying that it all comes back good or at the least, you get some answers and an easy fix.
