I am wanting know know if anyone is using anything to aid them with TTC? I have been reading up on them today since I am at the start of my cycle. This cycle I am planning on taking a baby aspirin daily! Pre-seed and Instead Softcup for DTD. Also OPKs for keeping up with when I should O. I am thinking about not charting my temps this month. Does anyone use any of these things? I was shocked to read that baby aspirin can help with blood flow and what not.

UPDATE- I just called my doctor to ask some questions about taking baby aspirin daily and they said to go for it. That it wouldn't hurt anything to take it. Also I checked my thyroid levels because I have hypothyroidism. Before my MC they were at 7 and my doctor was shocked I had even got pregnant and told me that they need to be around 2 or below. My numbers are right at .5 now and I am so happy. I had ask what they were right after I had the MC and they just told me normal, so having the numbers and see for myself that they are perfect is awesome!! Sorry I am rambling on.

Since I'm taking a "break" I'm not using anything (except prenatals) but I used to take:

Daily:
1 prenatal vitamin
5000mg Folic Acid (for clotting disorder)
1 baby aspirin (for clotting disorder)
B Complex Vitamin
Metformin 2000mg (for PCOS)
Femara (to help O)
Progesterone Suppositories (after O)
Estrodial Supplements (after O)

Whew I think that's it lol

Charting
CBEFM for tracking O
Pre-seed
Lemon water/Geritol/Soy

Currently I am charting and using OPK's. As far as supplements I am taking prenatals and a Chasteberry and Red clover tincture to help regulate hormones. If not pregnant this cycle, I will probably only use the tincture one more cycle. Some things aren't good to take continually.

I take
baby aspirin
prenatal pills
extra folic acid
B6
magnesium
Indole-3-Carbinol (antioxidant) (only before O)
progesterone oil after O
OPKs (digitals)
temp only a few days before O and then after O.

I didn't do it this month but normally I do EPO oil before O too.

I will prob keep doing this for the next 3 months. I am trying to quit coffee and all caffeine again as well.

The month I got my last BFP I had quit caffeine and added the progesterone oil, magnesium and indole-3-carbinol to my daily supplements. So I am hoping it might work again.

Good luck!

Do you have to get a prescription for progesterone oil?
