In September I had a miscarriage. It was my first pregnancy. During that pregnancy I felt nauscious, but never threw up. The area where my uterus was would cramp and I always felt bloated. At about nine weeks when the baby died, all signs of pregnancy went away and I thought I was lucky and that my symptoms left earlier. Turns out it was a missed miscarriage.

Yesterday I got a positive test but I am very concerned. I have had not bloating, no feeling that my uterus was growing, and no nausea. I don't feel pregnant at all. I am worried that something is wrong and that I will m/c again. I haven't been to the doctor yet. Right now, I'm trying not to get too attached to the baby because I don't want the heartache again. Don't get me wrong, I'm not drinking, or doing anything that you aren't supposed to do during pregnancy.

Anyone else experienced this?

Tbh in all of my m/c I had pg symptoms. My successful pgs I had zero pg symptoms. Remember every pg is different. Try to relax as stress is not good for you or baby. Congrats on your pg!

I agree with Zoey. My first pregnancy with my daughter if I hadn't took a test I wouldn't have thought I was pregnant. I didn't have a day of morning sickness with her.

Congrats on your BFP!

I just wanted to say that every pregnancy is different for me as far as symptoms. Sometimes I have such strong symptoms I know right away and others I have zero symptoms. Crossing my fingers that this is your rainbow baby!

I agree with the others. Every pregnancy is different. I know it's hard, but try and relax. I hope you can get to your doctor soon so that you can get some peace of mind. Please keep us posted, and on your BFP!
