So went for 2nd u/s to check follies (one dominant one) - on Sat AM it was at 14.5....today it took RE a little while to get shot of it and it's basically measuring same but now is all irregular (not perfect circle like Sat). His best guess is I ovulated yesterday...this despite me having taken 7 (!) OPKs since Sat all of them negative.

Basically, no trigger shot...we're to try tonight, do a progesterone check next Tue and start taking progesterone immediately after doing that bloodwork for 8 days (on the assumption no pregnancy this cycle).

Super disappointing result although it's basically convinced us to try Clomid next cycle...this cycle has been so confusing and frustrating

thanks ladies...i am so conflicted about even trying this cycle (although i will LOL can't help myself). Biggest worry is if RE is right and i basically produced a lousy egg this cycle then getting pregnant may just destine me to yet another loss and another 4 months wasted.

It's soooo frustrating, especially since they can't even be positive I ovulated since the follie was still big(ish) so they're just guessing but the alternative is that my cycle is REALLY whacked out and I won't ovulate for another few days (which would be like CD18-19), so I think i'd rather assume I O'd right on time and just missed it based on bad luck & holidays....definitely sucks
