I posted over in TTCMA first because I came home and realized that I had no idea what to make of the results of getting the ultrasound of my ovaries today. My RE said I am responding VERY WELL to the Clomid. I had TWELVE little follies today! Seven of those were in the 4.x-5.x range. I was scared that too many would develop and we might have to sit this cycle out, but the TTCMA girls assure me that only a few of those will likely surge forward and actually produce a healthy egg. I go back a week from Friday (CD11) to get another u/s, just to check, and then will likely be going back Monday for scan/trigger. He doesn't expect me to trigger Friday, but he wants to get an early peek at what's going on in there to keep me from "having a litter" (EXACT QUOTE). I've also read that the second round of Clomid can often be successful when the first one wasn't, because your body has cleared one medicated cycle at this point and is sort of accustomed to the meds. I'm not phrasing that right, but I think you get what I mean... 7-12 is definitely better than what I had last time! Way, way, way better. And last time, all the follies were on one side, even when they were tiny like this, and now they're on both. Yay for a great appointment!!

I thought about that!!! My EDD will likely be ~Oct. 2 if I get pregnant this cycle, but since Drew was early, there's a fair chance I'd just bounce back into September, lol. Although I hate being "last" and would get so anxious hearing about everyone's milestones! I might hover in both

Fantastic news! I responded soooo much better on my 2nd and 3rd cycles of Clomid. I have no idea why my first cycle wasn't nearly as great.
I've got my fingers crossed Friday's scan goes just as well.
