I've read that taking baby aspirin can help if the lining of the uterus is too thick.

alert: I've always has thick, goopy periods. My implantation was late into my LP when I got pregnant and so I'm wondering if Gabriel had a difficult time implanting and that may have contributed to my miscarriage. I've been considering taking baby aspirin to help with that, but I'm also afraid of it making my uterine lining too thin for implantation.
I'm torn between wanting to try things to give my next pregnancy the best chance of success possible while not wanting to change anything because I got pregnant on our first month of TTC.
Have any of you heard of baby aspirin thinning out too much or does it seem to be one of those "can't hurt, but may help" type of deals?
