[FONT="Century Gothic"] Yesterday I found a lump out on my neck... today I found another one. I called the doctor and they are getting me in Friday morning first thing. I'm hoping that it's nothing but something doesn't seem right to me.  And I'm really worried. If you could just keep me in your thoughts for now. Thanks ladies.[/FON
Quick update on me..my thyroid is twice the size it should be. I go for an ultrasound wednesday at 230. We will know the next step then too.

Were you recently sick Katie? I thought I saw a post about your being sick a little bit ago, but could be wrong. Sometimes your lymph nodes get swollen when recently sick and do not go back down in size. I had to have a couple removed from my neck when I was in my early 20's. since then, every time I get sick, a couple of them get really big and then go down to pea size again...but never completely go away.
Your in my thoughts and prayers anyway, and praying that its nothing to worry about.

praying for you. I also agree it could be lymph nodes.
Also, I get random cysts and actually had a large one removed from my neck about 10 years back because it got annoying and painful. I still get them around my eye bone and once in a while on my forehead. Hopefully it is something minor such as this.

You've got enough going on without having this added on top. Katie, it's GOT to just be lymph nodes or something else easily explainable. I'll be thinking of you almost nonstop until your appointment.

Jan. 2009: Came off years of BCP and started TTC
March 2010: BFP -- finally!
Oct. 22, 2010: Drew is born, but has to stay in the NICU because of cord complications resulting in oxygen deprivation and brain problems =(
Oct. 27, 2010: I held him in my arms while Daddy, Grandma, Great-Uncle and I sang him to sleep =( Hardest thing I've ever done...
June 14, 2011: Drew's baby brother or sister waved hi to us with a BFP!
June 25, 2011: Natural miscarriage... Can we please catch a break here?
Nov. 2011: 100mg Clomid followed by 2mg Estrogen, Ovidrel trigger, and 200mg progesterone suppositories 2x/day 14 days. BFN.
Dec. 2011: 2nd medicated cycle. BFN.
Jan. 2012: Took a month off to breathe...
Feb. 2012: Same regimen of Clomid and other meds, add IUI. 2 eggs and 8.5 million swimmers. BFN.
March 2012: 75 IU Follistim CD 3-11, follie scan CD 8 showed 6 follies likely to mature. Triggered, IUI on CD 14, 4 million swimmers. BFN.
April 2012: 75 IU Follistim CD 3-10. Scan showed 2 mature follies, 2 almost certain to mature, and two not likely but possible. (All 6 evenly and perfectly spaced out between the left and the right.) Triggered, IUI CD 13 with 5 million swimmers. BFN.
May 2012: 75 IU Follistim starting CD 3. Waiting to O. Timed intercourse. Likely 5 follies to mature.

how scary...ditto everyone else on the lymph nodes (and you were sick recently) esp if the lumps are kind of near jaw/ear conjunction. If it's directly on front of throat it could be your thyroid is swollen (that happened to me, scared me too).
