So AF came a week early. Which means that this cycle was only 22 days and that, if I did really O, then my luteal phase was only 6 or 7 days.
Progesterone is looking more and more like the likely culprit here...

Nope never... before I got pregnant my cycles were pretty consistently 25 days. I wasn't tracking really well, so it's possible that I didn't really ever ovulate.
The really crappy thing is that this will probably knock my whole schedule off and I'll end up ovulating the week before my wedding. Poop.

I would definitely get that checked out. I hope that this is a one time fluke though.

It's not that uncommon to have a completely anov cycle, but if it's totally out of the ordinary, I'd see how your other hormone levels are.
I haaaate irregular cycles. It's messes with the mind!

I'm not TOO worried about it... it's a one time thing, we haven't had any problem getting pregnant and the holidays were very stressful. I also had one anovulatory cycle after my first loss and my body has been more out of whack with the second one. I'll be tracking more closely with this cycle and will have the progesterone supplements to start taking as soon as I O...
On the positive, an earlier conception date would pull a due date further ahead of the holidays and I'm more than okay with that!

I had an AF that lasted 6 weeks once =\ Our bodies can be so freaking tricky. Ugh. Sorry it kind of messes up the timing for you... I hope you get a nice pretty wedding gift out of it though
