I get progression OPKs and want to test down to no second line at all this month since I never got a completely positive OPK. I am 4 or 5 DPO (FF said I was 4DPO yesterday but it's saying it again today after I entered today's temp) and am still getting a bit of a line. I know it's still negative, but has anyone else ever gotten a line on OPK this late?

I believe that it's normal to always have a second line on an OPK because your body always has LH in it's system. The positive OPK just shows a surge of LH. If you aren't getting a positive, then I'd guess it's either a bad batch of OPK's or you're just not catching the surge (like, maybe you have a short surge that occurs in the middle of the night). Judging by your chart, you definitely ovulated. That is a nice big temp jump!

Huh. I swear I've had negatived OPKs with no second line at all before. I do think I surge at night. I've noticed the changes in my CM seem to be at night, too. On Wednesday I tested about 1.5 hours earlier than I usually do. I meant to retest later but I forgot.

If you have PCOS you will have elevated LH during majority of your cycle. Also like Sarah said you always have a small amount of LH in your body and it may be it's taking yours a little longer to get back to normal.

I don't have PCOS so it may just be my body being wacky after the loss.

I don't have PCOS and I don't think I've ever had an OPK with no test line at all...

Maybe I just had a malfunctioning test last month that came back with no line. Thanks! I'll stop testing since O was confirmed with my temps even though I missed my LH surge this month.
