I swear I already posted this...but it disappeared....

This is my first PP AF and it has been terrible. This is the end of day 7 and instead of getting lighter it's getting heavier...MUCH MUCH heavier. I'm running to the bathroom every 2-3 hours, doubling over with cramps and pain, and not even metioning the pool of blood I woke up in this morning. worst.af.ever. I'm using tampons and pads both to try and not have to put on yet another pair of pants and underwear. I just want to get onto TTC and my body isn't coperating.

Sorry to hear that. I am still not looking forward to what my first AF will feel like. I took a HPT yesterday to see if possibly my HCG was gone 1 1/2 wks post D&C and it is still very positive so I think I have a long time to wait before I will get my 1st PP AF but I am very not looking forward to it, especially with how much bleeding and pain I had with the miscarriage.

I am so sorry your having to go through that. After my first loss the first AF was terrible as well. When my doctor did my D&C they didn't scrap out all the tissue. And she said that's why AF was so horrible. If the pain continues and AF stays this heavy though I would suggest calling the doctor.

Ditto the part about calling the doctor if things don't lighten up. My first AF was heavier than my normal, but didn't last longer than a week and definitely had the heavier to lighter progression. I hope it ends soon for you.

I'm so sorry you are having to deal with this. Losing a baby is hard enough without this part. I hope that you are feeling better soon.

I am so sorry you are going through this. If the bleeding continues like it is, you should probably give your OB a call.
