New Here (m/c mentioned)

Hi Ladies

I finally decided to stop lurking.
At 11 weeks I had a missed miscarriage. I go in tomorrow for a d/c as I can't bear waiting and dealing with the pregnancy symptoms.
We plan on TTC once I go through a full cycle. This pregnancy was unplanned but it made me realize that I do want a baby and since I don't have too much time left ( I'll be 38 in Feb, and he is 55) I feel so anxious.

I am still trying to process it all. I don't have many people to talk to as we hadn't announced the pregnancy.

It's a comfort to be among ladies who have gone through similar experiences.

I am so very sorry for your loss. I'm glad you decided to start posting with us. It is a comfort knowing we know what your going through. I hope your D&C goes well and you get your rainbow baby quickly. Please if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask us.

I am so sorry for your loss. You have found the right place, the ladies here are wonderful. I lurked here after two different losses and it wasn't until after my third loss that I finally started posting here. It was so much easier to deal with when I had the ladies here that understood what I was going through. I will be thinking of you tomorrow as you go through your D&C.

i had a D&C with my first loss because i also needed to have it over quickly...i hope yours goes smoothly.

i'm glad you've stopped lurking - this is a great board to find support when you need it the most. HUGS

I am so very sorry for your loss. Best wishes to you as you recover from the D&C and start TTC again. This board is a wonderful place when you are feeling down and need that extra bit of support from people who "get it".

I had a D&E after both of my losses for the same reason you are, I didn't want to deal with the symptoms or the waiting game. I hope that all goes well and you get your rainbow baby soon! This is a great group to be a part of while going through this journey!

I'm so sorry about your loss. I also needed to have the physical miscarriage part over as quickly as possible so I could heal and move on. I'm so glad that you found this group. It was a blessing to me following my loss and as I TTC my DD. I hope you get your sticky bean super fast!

Thank you so much ladies. I am back home now. The procedure went well other than when I came to I was already crying which was strange. Symptoms are already fading for which I am so thankful.
