Me and dh have been ttc for 10 months now. My cycles are so out of wack they range from 32 to
41 days. They never. Used to be like this until last january when I had a mc now there not normal wich makes it hard to get pregnant and what's worse is. I only have one tube but two ovaries so I ovulate on the side with the bad tube and the good tube so I never know wich side I'm ovulating on. Is there any natural ways to get my cycle back. On track?

After my loss my cycle as all over the place too! But then again my cycles were very irregular. Someone told me that drinking a cup of water with a half of lemon (I do a quarter of a lemon because it's a bit sour fo me) warm or cold... a few times a day would help clean out your internal system... I was also told that Red Raspberry leaf tea was a good source for infertility...

I heard the lemon, too. If you don't like tea (I don't ) you can get red raspberrry leaf capsules at a health food store. I've heard you can only do the red raspberry leaf until ovulation because it can have negative effects if you're pregnant.

This is true... I forgot to mention that my friend also suggested "Chujoto Tea" which is somewhat similar to the red raspberry leaf tea....

I'm not sure there is a natural way to get your cycle back to normal. One thing you can do is check with your doctor as to see your hormone levels are where they should be since your loss. They sometimes do blood work 7 dpo to check your progesterone and estrodial levels. Another thing they sometimes want to do is a CD3 blood work and ultrasound. As far as natural things make sure your still taking a prenatal vitamin. They do also say about the lemon water as well. I hope that your cycles regulate soon.

My friend has been taking vitex, milk thistle, evening primrose oil and maybe something else - can't remember and her cycle went to 28 days and she just got pregnant this month.
In terms of the raspberry leaf tea, my massage therapist encourages me to drink it while pregnant as well, so I'll have to do some more research on it.

I have heard of it and I know a few of the ladies here have used it before. I have not. I've read success stories on it. If it can't hurt you anything is worth trying to me lol.

Red Raspberry Leaf is very safe in pregnancy. A Lot of women drink it in the 3T to tone the uterus and make contractions more efficient.
A good place to start getting your cycle back into a normal pattern is to drink parsley leaf tea during your bleeds. It really does help strengthen contractions to expel the tissue. You really just get parsley from the grocery store, steep it in some not boiling but hot water and you can add stock cubes or a wee bit of flavour.
After that, I'd make sure my diet was ok. If you don't have the right amount of vitamins, you will often have irregular cycles, however, the cause of most irregular cycles is a hormone issue like PCOS or a thyroid issue.
If you want to use natural fertility boostres, red clover tea is a great first step, as well as making sure you are taking a folic acid supplement and iodine. Not all salt has iodine added these days and iodine deficiencies can prevent conception. Simply heaping salt onto your food won't help, you might need the tablets.
If you are wanting to add a fatty acid, skip the evening primrose oil as it can only be taken from AF to O as it can cause cervix and uterine irritability. A lot of women slip the capsules into the vagina to help the cervix dilate in very late pregnancy. I do'nt know if it works, but it does work orally, so you do NOT take it after O.
For fatty acids, flaxseed oil is a good one as are the fish oils. I like flaxseed oil because it doesn't have a fishy reflux and it's normally quite reasonably priced.
Other tea combos can be nettle and oatstraw which you'd add to red clover and red raspberry leaf.
Vitex is a very strong herb that if not taken in slow amounts to build up can actually cause anovulation, meaning it will stop you from ovulating. However, done correctly, it's a fantastic way to get your cycle back on track. But you do start slowly, building up over a couple cycles.
If you'd like more info, feel free to PM me.
