What Are some of the natural ways you ladies have tried to improve your chances? I know eating healthy/exercise can help your fertility but anything else?
I've heard B6 can help your luteal phase, but im not sure if mine is short or not, specifically because I can't start tracking my O day till I can invest in a bbt thermometer.
Any help?

Charting, temping and using OPK's are all good things. As far as natural things... keep taking your prenatal vitamin. The B6 won't hurt you even if your luteal phase is fine so you could always take it to be on the safe side. Also they say drinking a glass of warm water with 1/2 a fresh lemon in it. Another thing ladies do is use soy like Clomid to help them have a stronger O.

Make sure you're reading up on Cervical Fluid, so you know your fertile signs. Temps help, but it really is up to getting the sperm before and into the fertile mucus so it can survive.

Yes, I know about CM, but problem is that the only time I find my EWCM is usually late in my cycle, and maybe that does mean I have a short LP? I dunno I thought I found some yesterday but DH and I DTD and I am not sure if it was just some of his mixed with mine. Haha but it's true. Also was very moody, had achy legs, and nausea.(the nausea was totally random but I've heard that the hormone imbalance around O and AF can cause it.)

Anyways, maybe I actually O'ed on time which would be cool cause if that's the case we BD'd.

Hmm if your not finding good CM that can be an issue as well. Have you talked to your doctor about that? Mine had me try mucinex & an antibiotic. It worked well but I don't really like taking a lot of meds. So I use preseed.

I haven't talked to mine yet, only because I try and save up my questions all for one visit. I have really expensive insurance, and also I haven't seen an gynecologist yet. I know I really need to, but I'm scared to go my first time.. haha. I get good CM sometimes, it just always seems to be later in my cycle which can range from 28-45 days now, so I never know.
Although the past 3 months its been 28 Days so maybe it's getting more regular!

I'm looking into buying some mucinex and/or preseed at the end of this month along with B6 and a better prenatal vitamin. Also I'm going to start walking again.
and hopefully get to my doctor sooner than later.
DH's child support is just kicking our butts this month since he just barely found a good job so they are taking out arrears- up to $5,000.

Here is everything I take:
Low dose aspirin 81mg every morning
Evening Primrose Oil (EPO) until O only 1000mg This really helps my cm
Folic acid 800mcg
Prenatal pill (Spring Valley)
B6 100mg
Vitamin E before bed everyday 400 I.U.
Magnesium 400mg
Indole-3-Carbinol 400mg (twice a day once in morning and once with dinner) Powerful antioxidant

Antioxidants can really help I have heard. We also tried pre-seed this month. I chart, and use the digital opk's as well.

My dh didn't care for the pre-seed he said it feels different and he knew I was Oing and prefers to not know so he doesn't feel pressure. I also did castor oil packs this cycle as well.

Good luck!

If you try preseed be careful about how much you use. It can be very slippery and not that much fun. It does last and not dry out though. I tried the applicators and found if I done more than 1 on the applicators it is just to much.
