I am on CD 14. I woke up this morning and have had light bleeding since. I don't have any cramps or other normal signs of AF. My cycle is always 28-30 days. I occasionally have spotting during ovulation, but it is always just a tinge of blood. This time, it was red and is now brown. I have no idea what this is since my cycle is always so regular. I would go to a doctor, but I don't have insurance at the moment, so that is out unless it is a real emergency.

How light is the bleeding? It could just be an irritated cervix, or break-through bleeding. How long ago was your loss?

My loss was last July and my cycles have been regular since then. The bleeding was pretty light and is pretty much gone today other than some brown spotting.

Hmm it really could be a bunch of different things like a cyst bursting, hormonal fluctuation, irritated cervix. It's hard to say. I hope that it stops though hun.

I had something really similar last cycle. I bled, like a light red bleeding, for about 3 days mid-cycle. I honestly didn't expect to ovulate afterwards, but I did.

Not sure what caused it, but if you're not cramping horribly, or having pain, I'm not sure a doctor can do much.

Just keep charting and see how things go.
