What do you when something comes up and you end up getting up before your normal temp time? I had to hurry and get up this morning 2hours before my normal time because I heard my dog throwing up. I was up and out of the bed before it hit me that I missed it this morning. I am trying to stay solid with it this month and make sure I am doing everything right. I know it is still early in my cycle but Idk what to do when this comes up on what could be my O day later on?

If your using FF there is a way to disregard a temp. I don't think it will affect you to much especially since it's early in the cycle.
