Have you made any changes to your diet since you started TTC?

Hmm I switched from fat free milk to whole milk (since there have been several studies that showed both that women who drink fat free mild daily are less fertile and that women who have at least one serving of full-fat dairy are more fertile).

I have alternated between cutting caffeine out altogether and just doing it in moderation and I cut back on my artifical sugar intake (still do Splenda in my coffee but no more diet soft drinks). That is about it until I actually get a BFP.

Like Joanna I have pretty much eliminated artificial sweeteners. I might have to try the whole milk thing...it tastes better anyway

Oh, and when we are actually actively TTC, I am much better about taking my prenatal vitamins.

I drink tons and tons of water. I drink very minimal soda with caffeine.

I don't think I did. I made a lot of diet changes several years ago that probably impacted my overall health (in a good way), but not for the purpose of TTC.

I haven't really changed much. I eat pretty healthy and don't drink a lot of caffeine. Maybe a Mello Yello a day. I do drink more water and take my prenatals religiously.

I had high protein and lower carb. No sugar or alcohol. Two cheat days a week. Funnily enough, I got pregnant on thanksgiving weekend when all I did was eat that stuff!!

The only thing I've really done is cut out a lot of caffeine. Plus, I'm diligent about taking my prenatals and fish oil.

When TTC I'm better about taking the prenatals everyday and avoid any alcohol, even though I don't drink much to begin with. I don't cut out caffeine/sweetners until I get a BFP...I need my Diet Coke!
