Here is my question: Have you noticed with AF's after m/c stringy like lining? And I don't mean stringy as is like CM, but stringy as in almost looking like a jellyfish tentacle. The best thing I can up with when I googled it (I know, I know) is chorionic villi. And I pray to God that there isn't any left in there because I'm scared I'll have to get a D&C to remove everything and these last 4 months will have been wasted.
My update is that I went and saw the Navy OB a week ago. He ran a basic hormone blood panel. I also have an ultrasound tomorrow to see if I have any cysts and why I was cramping a lot the last couple cycles.

I've only had one post m/c AF and didn't notice any of that. I was 4w6d. I hope the ultrasound reveals your problem so you can get your rainbow baby!

I had a CVS done when I was pregnant with Lilly. They take a sample of the chorionic villi for CVS. They showed me the sample after they took it and it wasn't really stringy, it was more like little tiny springs. I don't know if that makes sense or not. Who knows, maybe it was smaller since it went through a needle? I don't know.

I would hope that you don't have anything left after 4 months and need a D&C. I hope your u/s goes well tomorrow.

I'm sorry sweetie I haven't had anything like that. For me they have just been heavier. Also I might not be seeing it because I had a D&C. You are in my thoughts and prayers. I hope you get some answers tomorrow!! KUP!!

I've had what you're describing with some of my regular periods, and clots too. I did have more of it with both my losses, but for me it came on the second AF after...

Hugs... I hope your body behaves itself for you!

Thanks, the only thing closest I could figure. But really praying that's not what it is. I am just hoping it's something else "safe." Thanks for the help and to the PP who said they've had it too. It makes me feel more normal I guess. I will let you know how everything goes tomorrow. Appt isn't until 3pm CST.

I have not had what you described, but definitely have had more clots during AF's following miscarriages.
