I read in Taking Charge of Your Fertility that if you don't get O pains, you can feel your lymph nodes in your groin area.

Quote:
If you are especially attentive as you approach ovulation you may be able to feel a small lymph gland swell to the size of a pea...By positioning your middle finger just over the pulsating artery of your leg, your index finger will hoepfully be able to feel the tender and enlarged lymph gland. This usually indicates the side on which ovulation occurs.

Most women alternate between right and left ovaries. If you get an u/s at some point and it is close to O time, they will be able to tell which ovary is dropping the egg, then you will kind of know from there. If you are unsure of when you ovulate, I would suggest getting some Wondfo OPK's on Amazon. They are cheap enough that you can pee on them practically daily without feeling like you're spending a ton of money. After a few months, I would bet you will have a better idea of what your normal cycle is like. Good luck!
