For those ladies who had to have d&c's...how long did your OB tell you to wait before TTC again?

my OB recommended 3 cycle wait (that's on the long side of what Dr's seem to recommend, most appear to be in the 1 cycle camp)

My doctor said that she normally recommends a 3 cycle wait but since I was like 32, she told me to just wait for AF to come back and then I could try again. I honestly think I should have waited longer though because I just ended up with a chemical the next time. I've seen that happen to a lot of people here on the boards after waiting only one cycle. But just as many women have gone on to have a normal pregnancy right away, so it's really a personal decision and what you think your body is ready for.

Mine told me to wait one cycle for dating purposes but told me there was no medical reason to wait. She told me if my body wasn't ready I wouldn't get pregnant. It really is a person decision for everyone.

I'm def going to talk to my OB about it when I go in next week for my check up. I really want to wait about 2 months. I was so looking forward to having my kids be 2yrs apart, and I still really want them to be closer in age, so the sooner the better. I definitely want my body to be ready though.

My OB said 3 cycles. I told him I didn't want to and he said it would be easier for dating purposes if I waited until I had one AF.
