Well.. My df thought maybe if we dropped everything that stresses me out it'd more likely happen. I really want it to but I'm also afraid about losing another baby. So, we turned off our phones for two weeks and focused on us and he says he feels I am, but idk. It's just killing me that I want something so badly that ATM seems sooo out of reach...

I am so sorry for your loss and the frustration and maybe even feelings of hopelessness you may be having now. I have had 4 loses and was at the point of giving up TTC. Your husband is sweet to want to get you to de-stress but please do not feel guilty or as if some stresses you may have had in the past caused your MC. There is no proof that stress causes MC. That is way too much pressure to put on us women who have hectic lives.
"ranting" has really helped me heal. I recognize that it's okay for me to be angry and sad. And then I turn to people who can offer me hope and encouragement when the rant is done. Praying that you and DF find peace through this journey.

I am so sorry for your loss. Your feelings are completely normal. Going through a loss brings up all kinds of feelings and emotions. I totally understand the fear of another m/c. I know when I finally get my BFP, I will be a nervous wreck for a while. Good luck to you. I hope that, if nothing else, your 2 weeks of "de-stressing" has helped you with your grieving and that you start to feel hope again. We are all here for you whenever you need to rant, to answer any questions, or even if you just want to chat about off-topic things.

It is normal to feel that way after a loss. Sometimes taking some time away from everything and de-stressing is a good idea. Not just for TTC but for you emotionally as well. I hope that it brings you a BFP!
