thanks. I am trying. Today has been viciously hard though. We went to a little street market and I had that feeling-you know the one, where you feel like you have your period (sorry if this is TMI). I had a thin pad on and had soaked through it. So far I've only been spotting but this is different. I think it's over.

I want to throw the computer at the wall.

Have you thought about going to the er? They can at least check and see if there is a h/b at this point. If your betas were 1200 on Monday, than you might be pretty close to at least a sac/yolk, and possible fetal pole. And if nothing else, they can repeat your beta and give you a better picture. Im so sorry for this to happen to you, I pray that via u/s they can find the source of the bleed and still see a viable pregnancy with were your betas are at. Praying real hard for you tonight.

I am sorry for your loss, and I am sorry you are stressing about this.

I would ask about prometrium supplements. I had 10 losses before I finally DEMANDED prometrium, the very first pregnancy on prometrium was my son. Now I have other issues to deal with, so I have lost since my son. But I am 100% certain that Peter would not be here if I had not spoken up for myself. I am also certain that if I had demanded it earlier, I would have had a child sooner.

Speak up, be your own advocate. Doctors don't care about you as much as you do.

Thanks for your thoughts and kind words. I wonder if I should have been on Prometrium earlier. I've read other people's comments where they were on it at 3DPO. IDK.

I passed pretty much everything today. The bleeding's trailing off now, I think, after really being heavy most of the morning/afternoon. Another loss. It's just unbelievable.

I guess my question now is who should I see? Do I need to go to a reproductive endocrinologist? A maternal fetal medicine doc? I'm not sure. I'm high risk, obviously. I don't have a problem getting pregnant though, just have a problem staying pregnant.

Without having an u/s done and some blood work, their may be a reason for the heavy bleeding. Ive seen some women on here, pass clots and huge gush's of blood this early on and it was a SCH and not a m/c. Are you going to follow up?

If the ultimate is another m/c, I would definitely ask to take the prometrium at 3dpo. It makes a huge difference in someone who has a progesterone issue. Baby aspirin as well. Hopefully its as simple as that to get your little rainbow baby. Im praying still though for this pg and hope you get some great news in the days to follow.

No, I thought about it possibly being SCHs, since I had that with my pregnancy with my son. This had tissue and everything though and was prolonged. I took an HPT yesterday and the line is really faint, almost gone, as opposed to the dark, dark lines I was getting. I just have to accept this is over and move on.

I'm definitely changing doctors, for one. I just have to figure out where to go. I need someone who takes my issues seriously and isn't going to just "wait and see" all the ****** time. Sorry, I'm just angry this has happened again.

Right? I mean especially this time when she said to wait until I had an HPT that was positive then she'd ostensibly schedule me for betas and progesterone levels. I then still had to wait 2 days to get that information and then she only put me on Prometrium when I asked for it. She just said, oh your progesterone is low so it's not looking good; looks like this is heading for another miscarriage. I mean, what?

Eh, I just need to try to figure out how to figure out who is a good RE or infertility person now. No idea how to even go about that.
