After my miscarriages...things were wacky...especially this last one at 11 weeks along. I had all signs pointing to me about to ovulate, then out of the blue, AF showed up. I don't temp, so I don't know about that...but my cervix was high and seemed fertile, but I'm guessing it really wasn't.
I'd get a dollar store test if it'd help ease your mind. Your chances are probably pretty slim though....

I know because you are supposed to go from the time you either started bleeding or when you lost the baby, i'm going for the time I lost the baby, and then you 'should' start your period 28 or however many days your cycle is after that. Mine are a little irregular going from 28-32 days long.
I expect my body to bounce back quickly because my loss was early ( 5 1/2wks was what the baby was only measuring) and I m/c well naturally with my numbres coming down quickly. My body felt VERY back to normal within a wk of the m/c. You could very well be right but I would be suprised if my body was going to take 8wks for my period to come back. Who knows though, hopefully your wrong! lol

I was going to test in a couple of hrs after I hold my urine

I hope I don't have to get put on meds to bring AF back, that would be frustrating lol but anything is possible.
