Sorry for your loss. With each of my losses it was different. For me it appeared to be dependent on how far along I was when I lost my angel. The 1st at 12 weeks took me 6 weeks before AF came. Then my 2nd at 5 1/2 weeks only took 4. And my EP was different as well since they gave me medication. But I think I was about 3 weeks. Unfortunately everyone's body is different and there is no real answer on when your body will begin AF. Praying that your body recovers quickly!

I am very sorry for your loss. It is different for everyone and for each loss. Mine has varied anywhere from 4 weeks to 8+ Weeks and finally going on meds to bring on AF.

I'm so sorry for your loss I hope everything returns to normal fast for you after my dnc. It took about four and a half weeks to return and we only waited one cycle to try again I d id get pregnant right away it ended in an ectopic but that had nothing to do with the misscarige I hope for the best for you and keep us updated

i'm so very sorry for your loss it definitely can vary (widely)...after my D&C it took 47 days for AF to return...after natural loss (similar timing) it was 28 days, so much like a normal cycle.

I hope you end up on the short end of the wait - i know how difficult it is to be in the waiting game after a loss

I'm sorry for your loss, and the frustration you're experiencing while waiting. My D&C was 4 1/2 weeks ago, and still no sign of AF. (I'm grumpy as all get out, but that's not a very reliable symptom for me!) Just like the women here, my midwife told me at my follow up appointment that it varies a lot, from person to person and pregnancy to pregnancy, there's just no way to predict.
