This has nothing to do with TTC- but I just have to get it out.

I could just go nuts. This morning as soon as I walked through the door of my office, I got in a huge fight with my assistant. I mean, I was being nice and pointing out something I wanted him to look at in the future because he made a mistake that could cost us money, he got all defensive and blamed me for not explaining everything to him in detail. We started arguing when he told me it was my fault too. I mean not to be on a power trip but I had to kinda yell- I'm your boss! When I ask you to do something because I am busy I would hope you would be proactive to make sure it is done correctly.

GGRRRR!!! I'm super pissed right now.

Thanks it is much better. I think that I am just not handling stress as well right now.
