Well, nothing new is really happening. I did get my beta from yesterdays draw back. It was 4,057 the one from the week prior was 1,714. So, they just a little over doubled in a week's time. This makes me feel even less safe. And now they are saying they want to wait until later next week for the u/s or possibly the week following This is just plain ridiculous. If I am taking the progesterone I need to know if I should stop taking it or not. I don't want to prolong this if m/c is inevitable. I hate this. I have a feeling I will be back here soon.
I had a mild backache last night and kind of some dull cramping last night. I had a tiny amount of brown cm, but haven't seen anymore and not sure if that's from a bm early or whatever. I'm not really sure what's going on.
Well, I am going in for an appt in less than an hour. I doubt she will let me have an u/s today. I am gathering she will just check again, go over what is/did happen. Probably another beta I'm sure.
I had a headache last night and I have another one today with occasional dizziness. And the headache is not from low blood sugar because food and water (so no dehydration) didn't touch it I really hope I can have an u/s today or tomorrow.
They rechecked betas and progesterone today. I have an ultrasound scheduled for Friday at 10:30am (CST). I asked her about the low betas and she only said that it was good they were still going up.

Brown cm I have been told needs to be checked out. I had that and got checked and that is when I was told I had a mmc. Sometimes it's ok and nothing to worry about. After 6 weeks I've been told by doc to always check out out. X

Oh, I am sorry i hope it is just a slow starter. I would start making demands on my doctor at this time. I was told by my OB that you can see the sac on u/s after an hcg of 1000 if i am not mistaken. Just stomp your feet...they will give in.

Oh..can't forget my furbabies, Maggie and Milo.
I think you need an ultrasound for your own piece of mind. Hopeing and praying for the best for you!
I had one at 5 weeks and we could see the sac. Again at 6 and 7weeks. We showed no growth from 6 to 7 and had a miscarriage at 8 1/2 weeks. It gave us more understanding of what was going on.
im praying for you , i hope you get your u/s and everything ok, have you thought of going into the er saying you have spotting and they should draw blood and give you and u/s just an idea a friend of mine did.

(((((HUGS)))) Nena i'm sorry you're going through this without clear beta results...you are at the point where an u/s will be more accurate than beta draws will be and i agree with the others that you may need to push your OB some more to get you in sooner. I hope everything is fine and you're one of the 20% for whom beta #s don't follow the norm doubling wise....they are still going up, and significantly, which is a good sign.

thanks ladies. I am going to call my OB as soon as the office opens and tell them I had the tiny amount of brown cm, then later the cramping and backache. It wasn't terrible, but it just sticks out to me as not right. I've lost my nausea since Saturday
Hopefully I can have an u/s today or tomorrow
