It has been 7 weeks since I had my d&c and I still have not gotten AF. My doctor gave me a prescription for Provera 10mg to take for 10 days.

Has anyone taken this before? Will I ovulate after I take it like one would after a normal period? What kind of side effects should I look out for?

Thanks in advance for any advice

Sorry, the truth is I really don't know much about it. However, I would think after af starts, your body would return to normal, unless there is another underlying issue going on. So I would probably start charting with BBT and/or opk's this cycle to get an idea of what your cycle is doing. Keeping in mind, that it may be different for a couple to few cycle's after loss. I believe. Again, I really don't know for sure but hope that helps!
