Ok, wondering if anyone's had any luck in the past. I've heard of having sex every other day, at least three times a week, and for me, last pregnancy I made sure to have sex the day I felt the ovulation cramping feeling and ended up pregnant so i'll be trying that again for sure.

Does anyone else have any tips or tricks? LOL any foods, drinks, positions, things to do after like propping your booty up or hanging upside down to help out gravity a little hehe, any old wives tales (is that what they are called? wives tales or wise tales LOL either way)

I saw on another board, someone used something called "instead" after sex....??? I've never even heard of this.

I've tried just about everything during the past 2 years. The 2 times we got pregnant were the 2 cycles I followed the "sperm meets egg plan."

I wish I had a foolproof method, but I don't. I used OPKs for 9 mos. Most everyone on the boards say to use them at 10 and 2, but I used them before 7 AM on two separate cycles and those were the only times I ever got a positive. Both cycles we got pregnant. I'll stick with that when I start tracking again. Looking forward to seeing what others say.

We go the whole 9 yards I take my temp every day, track CM, and use OPKs and keep track of it all using fertility friend online to see when I O (and make sure I am ovulating) and we BD every other day and once a day around O time (I think that is similar to sperm meets egg) I also put a pillow under my rear after BDing and lay flat for 15 minutes.
