Going to try this Sperm Meets Egg Plan that I keep hearing about. I'll be getting my OPK's this weekend!

I read that 40% of post-miscarriage women will get pregnant on the first try if they are faithful to the plan, about double the number of the normal poulation who are not on the plan. -this is good!

Good luck! The two times I got pregnant were the cycles we faithfully followed the SMEP so I feel like it increases your chances!

It sounds like what we did this month. We did every other day since af until two night ago when my opk was nearly positive, then we dtd that night and last night as my opk's were pos. yesturday. They're neg. today, so I think we're going to take a break tonight and then dtd again tomorrow night. Praying it works! I might take a break for a few months as well after this so hoping we both get BFP's this cycle!

We tried it for the first time this past cycle. No dice but I can see how it would work well. It felt like a LOT of BD'ing

Fingers crossed for you!

Everytime I see this I read it as a word instead of acronym. I like 'smep' lol (s-meh-p) lol

I hope it works for you!!!

Btw - this is pretty much what my fertility specialist said to do. And it worked while I was on clomid.
