So... after my dream this weekend, I decided to have my coworker take my blood and tested my serum with one of the urine/serum tests at work -and it was negative (I think the sensitivity was 25 or 30 on it). I was hiding the tube so my other coworkers didn't see it, and realized it was still in my pocket when I got home from work... so I decided to test my Wondfo UPT w/ my serum.... because I'm a complete lunatic.

And.......... I saw a faint line. My husband saw it too, I wasn't crazy (or not completely crazy). I did a second, and we both saw it. I did a FRER and we saw nothing.

I've been looking into using serum on UPTs and really am not finding anything concrete. I've seen that many UPTs are certified for both serum and urine, but I am unsure for the Wondfo.

Is it possible that the Wondfo is more sensitive than the FRER?

Not getting my hopes up - but what to you ladies think???

How many DPO are you? I know that wondolfos can be tricky and have false lines, but I really hope that you are pregnant!

yeah I saw that there was a bad batch of them at one point, but have seen things have been more positive since then. I've also seen some say they are super sensitive....

No idea where I'm at - I'm about 4.5 weeks post m/c...

Totally want to see pics! I have not used Wondfo, but it seems lots of ladies use them and say they are very sensitive. You are not crazy or a lunatic for dipping a test in your blood, I would do the same thing if I had a vial of my blood! I would have pricked DH's finger and tested his blood too! That might actually cross the border into crazytown though
Hoping those lines are for real! Keep us posted!

Still nothing on the UPTs.... If it was one of the super sensitive Wondfos (I've read that sometimes they've shown as low as 6, though they are certified for either 20 or 25), then I assume that by Friday, it should be at least a faint line on the serum one if I'm doubling correctly. So... will have my cowworker scrounge around my veins again Friday (I have awful veins) and cross my fingers.

In the meantime, I'm doing a POAS every morning... nothing yet. Thanks all!
