I downloaded "Expecting Better" last night - I like that she goes through the literature to break down some questions we all have when we're pregnant. Not saying I recommend it yet, but just started reading it.

It sounds really interesting. I'd love to hear what you think of it when you finish it and whether or not you would recommend it.

I'm enjoying it... I'm one of those people who wants to know the data behind things and the reasons why, rather than just the rules. So for me, this is right up my alley

I just finished the first chapter- I like data, too. But I had to get over how her very first sentence was "I decided to have a baby..." and then she just did. grr. Thanks for flaunting how easy it was for you.

To be fair, I think she said her daughter was born 18 months after she started trying- so, she must have tried for 8-9 months. Still, though.

lol, I know this is silly

yeah... she didn't have one right away and it really isn't geared for m/c... but I like the research involved and makes me feel like I don't have to go into all of the periodic literature to see where these things come from.

But yeah.. I know. Just found out another friend is having a baby... I'm happy for them, it's not all about me, but it does get at me sometimes....
