Had some spotting and light cramping through the weekend and I am pretty sure AF is officially here. It was a pretty rough weekend I really thought this was it for some reason. DH took it really hard as well. But I allowed myself the weekend to be sad and now I am just trying to get ready for the new cycle.

So this cycle I am considering royal jelly. I know we keep talking about that on here but for those ladies who are taking it what kind and how much?

I feel like my cycles have been so irregular for a year now. I just want to O at a reasonable time I am so tired of the randomness - the last 7 cycles O days: CD - 27, 45, 21, 18, 22, 29, 25.

Any suggestions?

I'm really sorry Big hugs to you. I'm glad you allowed yourself time to be sad and are now committed to looking forward.

I don't have any advice on the royal jelly, but hope you get what you need.

I take 2 capsuls a day of the RJ.

Have you looked into soy isoflavones for helping with cycle regularity?

aww man I'm sorry Your chart was so beautiful too!! UGH!

Ok ! So moving on to this next cycle! I got the 2000mg Y.S. Eco Bee Farms capsules and take 1-2 a day (usually 1). I also got the stuff that you scoop out but wasn't too amped on the taste, and my husband takes that 1-2 times a day (I've read there's some benefits for males to take it too and he doesn't mind it).

I also started drinking raspberry leaf tea, though I'm not as consistent with that... but I get it in there as much as I can remember.

I need to make a conscious effort to give my Buddha a little more love too!

I did the Royal Jelly, 1st month I took it got a BFP, maybe a coincidence, maybe not...? It is Royal Jelly in honey (Premiere One)...I did the actual honey form because I've read it's the best, some people will say the pill forms are just as good but I think it's just a matter of opinion. Anyways, just be sure it's at least 10-HDA.

This is the one I used. My local health food store carries it. Premier One Royal Jelly In Honey -- 30000 mg - 11 oz - Vitacost

I stopped taking all meds (prescription & vitamins). I'm going to make an appointment with the PA at my family doctor to push for testing. My OB is pretty confident that there is some underlying issues with all the problems (She called me at home to discuss everything! She is AWESOME!). So I want to be off of everything for them to see what I'm lacking as well as what is going on with my body. The RJ didn't give me any side effects other than a high sex drive

Thanks so much for the advice ladies. I am going to look into the soy isoflavones Danielle - thanks for the tip!

Has anyone had bad experiences with that or the raspberry leaf tea? I dont want to change too much I am just having a hard time picking what would be best. I think my main problem is late ovulation so that being said what would you ladies add to the regiment? Right now all I take are prescription prental vitamins with folate.

If you try the soy just be careful. For some it does really work and others it can really throw a wrench into your cycle. I would recommend only using it for up to 3 months in a row because you need a break from it as well I have not tried the tea so I have no advice on it. Tea is the most disgusting thing to me I know I'm strange but I've tried so many different ones and I just can't do it!

I don't do soy and actually had to stop eating soy products (though I did cheat and get green curry tofu last weekend, my fav) due to having hypothyroidism... if you have any thyroid problem, beware.

I've had no issues w/ the tea. I like tea tho
