I am dealing with the loss of my first pregnancy. We lost our baby on October 12, and it has been the most heartbreaking thing I have ever had to deal with thus far in my 26 years of life. We lost the baby very early, and my body did things naturally, so I suppose there were some underlying blessings involved.

I was also diagnosed with a septate uterus and am facing surgery to correct it in January of 2014. My fertility doc told me this condition is not why I miscarried, it was most likely a gestational issue with the embryo.

I am still facing a whole lot of anxiety issues, fatigue, and just all around in a slump of sorts and I guess its been well over a month now. Does anyone else feel this way? I can't shake it yet, and I'm not sure that I am even ready for that. I pray every day for a rainbow baby. I want to be a Mom so bad it breaks my heart.

Your going through a lot right now. I know after my first loss, it took quite a few months for my body to feel somewhat normal. The ladies here are a wonderful bunch of ladies. I hope you find the support and guidance you need here. Please let us know if you have any questions. I hope your surgery goes well! How long do you have to wait to try after your surgery?

TTC with PCOS for 5 very long years. Annovulatory cycles. Multiple doctors. Different meds. One horrible loss. And then one wonderful success, born 2/18/14.
