I was at the dentist with my oldest.. Holding her hand for Novocain shots during her fillings and my hematologist called!!! I have been waiting and waiting for this call... He left a message that says "your bloodwork came back good, call if you have any questions". I have OCD, you can't just say that. I called 5 mins after he left the message (when she was good and numb) and I got the nurses voicemail. I left a message asking specifically about my antiphospholipid test and to call me back. I know it seems stupid but I NEED to hear specifically that it was negative and that wasn't the reason my babies died. I need to know that it wasn't my body that killed them. I need to know that it was just a fluke or chance but not my body specifically targeting them. Ok, now that I got that out I feel better. My DH didn't understand... "Good means normal" is what he said... I have to hear it from the dr or nurse.

He called back and said The antiphospholipid tests were low positive/indeterminate. He said he knows that the amount that it was does not cause miscarriage. So I don't know what to think. He said he could test again in a year.

Ugh!! The doctors/nurses sometimes just don't get it. It's not like we are putting our bodies through hell to try to get and keep a pregnancy. I would want more answers to that. I wish you could take your results and get a second opinion but that's not an option correct with your insurance?
