My husband always brings me black tie mousse cake home, watches a sad movie with me so I can have a "reason to cry" (that I don't feel guilty about) and then listens to me cry about my sad life after. It's become our tradition when we're ttc and I start my period instead of getting a + test.

Do you have any traditions/things that make you feel better?

I don't really anymore but when we were very actively trying I would have a strong alcoholic beverage when AF arrived. It was always my coping mechanism.

Aww. That's very sweet of your DH. Don't feel guilty for crying though. Crying can be a great stress reliever.
