Wednesday will be 4wks since my MC. I am very anxious for AF to arrive. I hate this uncertainty after a loss. I have been peeing on a tonne of OPK and all have been negative. I have even been peeing on HPT and those too are negative. I have just starting charting (temps, CM, CP) in the last week. Therefore I am really not sure if I O'd, I could be pregnant, I have no freaking clue what is going on and it is driving me NUTS! I bet I will be one of those women that don't get their first cycle for 8 weeks post MC.

Oh, I hope it does not take 8 weeks for your cycle to return. They can be wonky after a loss, which I agree is sooooooooo frustrating. As if we have not been through enough, why do we have to deal with that too. ((HUGS))

I am sorry for your loss. I started charting after my loss in January and it does help a little with that out of control feeling. It sucks not knowing what is going on with your body on top of already not having control over what happened. There's no way to know for sure, but you could probably get an idea if you are in your follicular phase or luteal phase by your current temps. I am new to charting, so I am no expert. It will definitely not be for certain because you don't have a temperature ribbon to compare it to, but it may give a little insight while you wait for AF. I ovulated right on time and got pregnant again, only to suffer another loss on Valentine's Day. This month seems like I may O a bit earlier. Hard to predict whacky hormones. I wish you luck and hope the witch comes soon, so she can be on her merry way!

It can take time, and I know when you want to start trying right away that's the last thing you want to hear... After a loss you body has to basically reset itself. Your hormones are all over the place and sometimes your body needs some help. I had to have pills after my first loss to jump start AF after my first loss.
